Meet Rod Daley

Rod has been the number one individual producer for Coldwell Banker of Orange County, California, for 10+ years, specializing in the private beach communities of Emerald Bay and Irvine Cove. No other real estate agent has represented as many home buyers or sellers in Emerald Bay and Irvine Cove as Rod Daley.

Much of Rod's success is attributable to his vast knowledge and experience. But equally important is his reputation for the ability to make seemingly difficult transactions work smoothly for all concerned. His exceptionally high number of repeat clients is evidence of his impeccable professionalism.

Rod entered the residential real estate profession over thirty years ago after completing his economics degree at Stanford University, and serving for five years as a Marine Corps officer/aviator. Rod and his wife Nancy (whom he met at Stanford) have lived in Emerald Bay since that time. Having raised their children there, they are now playing host to their grandchildren in this most desirable enclave. Rod works with Nancy and his brother-in-law Frank Hughes, helping people to locate and settle in Orange County's beautiful coastal communities.
